The challenge: Moving client data across apps was repetitive and mundane
The owner of the practice, Paul, manages a team of therapists, who conduct sessions for their clients. Once a session concludes, the therapists are required to fill in a form with the client and session details. They created these forms using Zoho Forms—but to organize and manage the information efficiently, they used Google Sheets.

The challenge: Manually generating monthly remittance
Paul Jozsef Counselling and Coaching sends remittance statements to their therapists at the end of every month. Being the owner, Paul manually created drafts of the remittance statements for every therapist using the details that he manages on Notion. He then shared it with them through Gmail. This became a hassle as well, because he had to do it for every counsellor every month, without fail.
The solution: Automated remittance generation through integration
With Zoho Flow, they set up a workflow that triggered on the last day of every month using a schedule trigger. This workflow uses the data in Notion to create relevant remittance statements for the therapists as a draft in Gmail. All Paul has to do is get up in the morning, skim through the drafts, and hit send. The whole process of creating remittance statements has been handed off to this automation.
