Representing around half a million clients across thousands of claims, they champion consumer rights and hold powerful organizations accountable.

The problem: A time-consuming document creation process

One of their major challenges was manually generating legal documents like letters of claim for hundreds of cases. Each document required pulling client data from the CRM, formatting it, and ensuring accuracy, making the process time-consuming and prone to human error.

Barings Law uses Zoho CRM to manage legal records, Formstack to structure case data, Zoho Writer to generate personalized legal documents, Zoho WorkDrive to store them, and Zoho Sign to capture secure digital signatures. However, without integration, data had to be transferred manually between these applications. As caseloads grew, these repetitive manual tasks slowed down operations and impacted overall efficiency.

The solution: Automated workflows built to reduce manual effort and human error

To address this challenge, they built an automated workflow using Zoho Flow. Now, when a case reaches a specific stage in Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow initiates the process by retrieving case details and sending them to Formstack for data structuring. It then uses this information to automatically generate a personalized legal document in Zoho Writer and sends it to Zoho Sign for secure digital signatures. Finally, it stores the signed document in Zoho WorkDrive and links it back to the corresponding CRM record.

This workflow automation streamlined operations, improved accuracy, and freed up the legal team to focus on strategy and client advocacy.
