What is Zoho Feedback Loop Service?

Zoho Feedback Loop service, informs ESPs or registered email senders that their emails to Zoho users have been marked spam. We report complaints to them with a “copy of the message” in the standard ARF, helping them identify unhappy subscribers and in turn improve email deliverability and maintain IP reputation.

Who can register?

Any ESP or email sender who sends emails from their own IP address to Zoho users, can register for this service.

What is the benefit registering?

You can filter your emailing list by removing recipients who report your email spam. You can definitely maintain your IP reputation, improve email deliverability and overall user subscription quality.

How do I register?

To register, please follow the steps below:

1. Submit required details including your domain name and choose either abuse@ or postmaster@ email address of your domain for verification.
2. Verify your domain by clicking the link in the email sent to your selected email address.
3. Submit the IP address that will be used to email and an email address to which complaints have to be reported.
4. Confirm your email address by clicking the link in the email sent to the given feedback email address.

Once your request is approved, complaints will be reported to your feedback email address.

If my feedback email address is an automated one(no human access),how do I confirm the same?

During such cases, please do write to us at support@fbl.zoho.com with your domain registration details and our admin will make sure that your email address is confirmed, if your details satisfies our policy.

Do I have to change my email format?

No, you don't have to change your email format. All you need to make sure is to have a valid "mail.from" address, message id in RFC standard and proper forward and reverse DNS record for the mail sending IP address.

What is the format of complaint messages?

Complaints will be reported in the standard ARF (Abuse Reporting Format).

How do I identify the source of a complaint report?

Domain verfication and feedback email address confirmation emails will be sent from admin(at)fbl(dot)zoho(dot)com and complaints will be reported from feedbackloop(at)fbl(dot)zoho(dot)com.

What do I do when I don't receive a confirmation email?

There are chances that your confirmation email was filtered by your anti-spam filter. So, check your JUNK or SPAM folder and if present, add the email address to your whitelist. If you are still unable to find the confirmation email use "resend confirmation email" link.
