How do I import approved expenses from Zoho Expense to Zoho Books?
Zoho Expense does not require any steps for it to be integrated with Zoho Books. Our system automatically links both the accounts, provided they both have the same organization profile.
Managing expenses in Zoho Books
The expenses created in Zoho Expense will reflect in your Zoho Books account soon after their approval.If you would like to view the amount you owe your employees, you can view them under the Employee Reimbursement account in Zoho Books. (Reports > Accountant > Account Transactions > Account name: Employee Reimbursement).
Recording Advance Payments
Zoho Expense provides the option to record an advance payment while creating an expense report. Zoho Expense/Books integration allows you to view your employee advance payments along with list of approved expenses. You can view them under (Reports > Accountant > Account Transactions > Account name: Employee Advance).
