How are expenses exported to QuickBooks Online?
Your expenses will be exported as a single bill, journal entry, or an individual expense depending on whether it is a reimbursable or a non-reimbursable expense. Refer the table below to know how the expense will be exported.

Note: If your expense report was exported as a Bill or a Journal Entry, the PDF of the report with the receipts will appear as an attachment in QuickBooks Online. If there are non-reimbursable expenses in your report, the receipts will be exported as attachments of the expenses.
