Can I add an organization as my contact?

Yes, admins will be able to add an organization as a contact.

  1. Switch to Admin View.
  2. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Go to Customization and then Modules.
  4. Click Customers.
  5. Click + New Customer at the top right corner of the page.
  6. Add the organizationโ€™s name in the Contact Display Name field. The Contact Name, Email Address and Contact Number will be that of the primary contact in the organization.
  7. Enter the contact details and click Save.
