Pine Labs Cards Preferences
In this help document, you’ll learn the preferences you can configure for Pine Labs Cards in your organization.
To access the Preferences page for Pine Labs Prepaid Cards:
- Go to Settings on the left sidebar.

Click Settings in the top right corner of the page. - Click Modules under Customization.
- Click Pine Labs Cards.
Approvals
You can configure the approval type for the top-up requests for Pine Labs cards if required.
Note: If you have enabled Petty Cash Accounts and Pine Labs Cards for your organization, any changes you make to the Approvals preferences in one module will automatically apply to the other.
- Go to Settings on the left sidebar.

Click Settings in the top right corner of the page. - Click Modules under Customization.
- Click Pine Labs Cards.
- Go to the Approvals tab.
- Select the appropriate Approval Type for the Pine Labs Cards top-up requests. You can choose No Approval, Simple Approval, or Custom Approval.
- No Approval: Cardholders can directly record top-ups for their Pine Labs cards without needing approval from admins.
- Simple Approval: In this approval flow, only admins can approve the top-up requests. The request will be approved if one admin approvers the request. Read our help document on Simple Approval to learn more.
- Custom Approval: You can set up your own approval flow for top-up requests based on one or more criteria. Read our help document on Custom Approval to learn more.
- Once done, click Save.
