Pine Labs Cards Tab

Once your business has been onboarded by Pine Labs, the Pine Labs Cards tab will be added to the Corporate Cards module. In this help document, you’ll learn how to track your business’s Pine Labs card spending and manage your employees’cards from the Pine Labs Cards tab.

View Pine Labs Cards Tabs

To view the Pine Labs Cards tab in Zoho Expense:

• Go to Corporate Cards on the left sidebar.
• Navigate to the Pine Labs Cards tab at the top. Your business’s Pine Labs cards dashboard will open.

Dashboard

The dashboard consists of four sections: account summary, recent transactions from Pine Labs cards, business’s spending summary, and the list of all Pine Labs cards in your organization.

Account Summary

In this section, you can view the balance of the account used to manage funds for Pine Labs cards. You can also view the amounts of Unsubmitted Expenses, Unapproved Top-ups, and Unpaid Top-ups. Click the respective amount to view the transactions associated with it.

Recent Transactions

In this section, you can view the recent transactions made from the Pine Labs cards of the users.

Spend Summary

In this section, you can view an area chart that shows the spend summary of your organization using Pine Labs cards. The x-axis represents the months of the year, while the y-axis indicates the amount (in thousands) spent for each corresponding month. You can view the chart for different periods, such as This Week, Previous Week, This Month, Previous Month, and Last 6 Months. Additionally, you can see the Total Amount Spent for the selected period.

Cards

In this section, you can view all the Pine Labs cards issued to the users of your organization. You can click a card to view its dashboard.
