The growing challenges

Once Kirusa started expanding globally, their number of employees began increasing and the manual work of reporting employees’ expenses simultaneously increased as well. The reports were manually submitted on paper and accounts were managed by the finance team in Excel, which became a tedious task. This is when Kirusa started looking for a better solution. They initially started using other cloud based solutions, however, they soon realized that it wasn't helping them with their reporting and accounting of expenses. Though it reduced the team’s workload, they had to spend a significant amount of time learning their way around the software defeated the purpose of having a new solution.
