Why is data missing in my PDF when I was able to preview them in Zoho Books? How do I include them in my PDFs?

To add signature to your invoice template, kindly follow the instructions below:

Your data will not reflect in the PDF if the data contains characters that are not supported by the PDF font you’ve chosen for your template. You can change the PDF font for the required template and check if your data reflects in the PDF.

To change the PDF font:

  • Click the Settings icon in the top right corner and select Templates.
  • Hover over the template for which you want to change the PDF font and click Edit below the template.
  • Select the PDF font that supports the language of your data.
  • Click Save.

If you’ve selected the correct PDF font that supports the language of your data, your data will reflect in your PDF.
