How do I import XML files into Zoho Books?

Note: This feature is currently available only in the Mexico edition of Zoho Books.

To import a transaction document in the XML format:

Navigate to the respective module (Lets say, Bills), and click the More icon.

Note: Zoho Books allows you to import documents such as expenses, bills, payments made, and vendor credits in the XML format.

Insight: To choose a different file, click Replace File and select the desired one.

The XML file will be uploaded to your Zoho Books organization and a transaction will be created in the Draft status.

Note: XML files that are imported in the Bills module cannot be imported in the Expenses module and vice-versa.
