What will happen if I import an XML file with records that are not present in my organization?

Sometimes, you might import an XML file with vendors, items, and taxes that are not present in your organization. In such cases, Zoho Books will automatically create these records.

Let’s say you’re importing an XML file in the Bills module, and that vendor is not part of your organization. A new vendor profile will be automatically created and mapped with the bill.
