John is the Customer Success Lead at Zylker. During a routine review, he notices that overall prepaid fund utilization for the current quarter is lower than expected. He wants to identify which customers are sitting on large unused prepaid balances so his team can proactively reach out and encourage usage before the billing period ends.
Using the Prepaid Details report, John filters the data to show subscriptions with high remaining funds and low prepaid units drawn. He identifies several enterprise customers who have barely used their API fund allocations. His team then schedules check-in calls with these customers to walk them through high-value features and use cases, improving both product adoption and renewal likelihood.

Patricia receives a support escalation from a Zylker customer who believes they are being billed for more usage than they have actually consumed. The customer is disputing a charge and wants a breakdown of their usage activity for the previous month.
Patricia pulls up the Usage Details report and filters it by the customer’s subscription number and the relevant billing period. The report shows the exact usage records — including how much was drawn down from their prepaid balance — confirming that the usage records are accurate. Patricia shares the filtered report with the customer, resolving the dispute quickly and restoring their confidence in Zylker’s billing transparency.

Charles is the Revenue Operations Manager at Zylker, a SaaS company that offers API-based products with prepaid fund bundles. At the end of each quarter, Charles needs to review how prepaid funds are being consumed across the product catalog to identify any plans that may be over- or under-utilized.
Using the Prepaid Summary report, Charles can see at a glance that their Calls plan has a large pool of remaining funds, while the Extra funds addon is being drawn down at a much faster rate. This helps him flag the imbalance to the product team so they can reassess and adjust the pricing model accordingly before the next billing cycle.
