Ask Zia in Zoho Billing

Ask Zia is a natural language processing AI-powered assistant integrated in Zoho Billing. It helps you analyze your business, manage billing operations, and retrieve data by simply typing your request in the Ask Zia chat window.

This allows you to quickly create records without needing to navigate through multiple screens manually and generate insights with the desired filters without the need to search for them in the Reports module.

What Can You Do with Ask Zia?

Ask Zia helps you analyze business performance, monitor billing operations, retrieve records, and perform actions using simple conversational queries.

With Ask Zia in Zoho Billing, you can:

Search Using Ask Zia

To search for the desired insights in Zoho Billing:

  • Log in to your Zoho Billing organization.
  • Navigate to the Widgets Pane on the right and select Ask Zia.
  • In the Ask Zia chat window, click Enable to start using the AI assistant.
Insight: You can use the quick-start prompts displayed in the Ask Zia chat window to get started faster.
  • Type your query in the search bar and press Enter.
