Sales Reports

The Sales reports in Zoho Invoice help you track and analyze the goods and services your business has sold during a particular period. They help you gain clarity on how your sales are performing overall, identify your customers, and which plans, addons, items, and coupons are driving growth. You can also track the performance of your salespersons, allowing you to incentivize them based on their performance. These insights help you make better informed decisions and manage your business sales more effectively.

Note: The Sales reports in Zoho Invoice are generated on an Accrual basis.

Zoho Invoice supports the following Sales reports:


Sales by Customer

The Sales by Customer report shows a breakdown of each customer and the total value of goods and services purchased by them in a tabular view. You can choose to view this report based on Invoices, Credit Notes, Sales Receipt, or all.

How is this report helpful for your business?

Sales by Item

The Sales by Item report gives you a breakdown of each item that was sold. You can view this report based on Invoices, Credit Notes, or both.
