AI Features

Zoho Inventory comes with built-in AI features that help you manage your inventory operations more efficiently. Zia, the in-built AI assistant, helps you analyze data, generate content, and automate workflows, reducing manual effort.

To enable the AI features:

  • Go to Settings.
  • Under Organization Settings, select AI Preferences.
  • Enable the toggle next to the required features, and configure them based on your needs.
  • Click Save.

Insight:

  • AI Provider: The service that provides AI models used by the system.
  • Model: The specific system within your AI provider that processes your request and determines the quality of responses.

The selected AI feature will be enabled in your organization.

Reports: Insights, Forecast, and Anomaly Detection

You can analyze your reports more effectively using AI-powered insights. Zia helps you:

  • Visualize data using charts for better understanding.
  • Forecast trends based on your historical data.
  • Detect anomalies to identify unusual patterns or potential issues.

This helps you make informed decisions and take proactive actions in your inventory operations.

Invoicing Agent

The Invoicing Agent provides intelligent insights into your invoices to help you monitor and manage them efficiently. It highlights key metrics such as:

  • Overall outstanding and overdue invoice amounts.
  • Customers with delayed payments.
  • Invoices that exceed average payment timelines.

These insights help you prioritize follow-ups and improve cash flow management.

To view invoicing insights:

  • Go to Sales on the left sidebar and select Invoices.
  • Click the Zia icon to view insights.

Generate Email Content Using Zia

You can use Zia to draft email content for communicating with your customers and vendors. Provide a simple prompt describing your requirement, and Zia generates the content instantly.

Once generated:

  • Review and edit the content if needed.
  • Adjust tone or details based on your business needs.
  • Insert the content into your email.

To generate email content:

  • Go to Settings.
  • Select Email Notifications under Customization.
  • Choose the required notification.
  • Click Show Mail Content.
  • Click the Generate With Zia option.
  • Enter your prompt and generate content.

AI Custom Fields

AI-powered custom fields help you enrich your data by automatically interpreting input values and generating meaningful outputs.

These fields reduce manual effort and improve the quality of your data by extracting key information from the input provided.

When creating an AI custom field:

  • Provide an input field.
  • Zia processes the input data.
  • The AI-generated output is displayed in the custom field.

This ensures important information is captured and available in your transaction details.

Generate Blueprints Using Zia

You can use Zia to automatically generate blueprints for your custom modules. Instead of creating workflows manually, you can describe your requirements and Zia designs the workflow for you.

To generate a blueprint:

  • Go to Settings.
  • Select the required custom module.
  • Navigate to the Blueprints tab.
  • Click + New Blueprint Using Zia.
  • Enter the required details.
  • Click Generate Blueprint.

Once generated:

  • Review and modify the workflow if needed.
  • Edit states and transitions.
  • Publish the blueprint to start using it.

This helps you quickly set up structured workflows for your operations.
