PDF Templates

Businesses often rely on templates to standardize the documents they send out. These templates define the style, format, and layout of the document to match the organisation’s branding and preferences.

PDF templates are design layouts used to display expense reports. Zoho Expense comes with six predefined templates that you can customise while creating a template. By default, three templates are available for you to choose from. You can mark a template as the default template. Approvers and submitters will be able to download the PDF reports only in the default template.
