Manage Recurring Payments

Zoho Checkout allows users to manage and modify recurring payments. The actions you can perform on them are:

Cancel Recurring Payments

To cancel a recurring payment:

  • Go to the Recurring module and select the payment you want to cancel.
  • Click Cancel Recurring Payment in the top right corner of the page.
  • In the pop-up, choose if you want to Cancel Immediately or Cancel on Next Renewal Date.

Based on your preference the recurring payment will be cancelled.

Note: If you have chosen Cancel on Next Renewal Date the status of the recurring payment will change to Non Renewing.

Edit Customer Details

Zoho Checkout allows you to edit customer details. Here’s how:

  • Go to the Recurring module and select the payment for which you want to update customer details.
  • Click Edit Customer in the top right corner of the page.

                                         OR

  • Click on the edit icon near Customer Details as shown below.

  • In the pop-up, make the necessary changes and click Save.

The customer details will be updated.

Update Card Details

Your customer’s card details can be updated. Here’s how:

  • Go to the Recurring module and select the payment for which you want to update customer card details.
  • Click Update Card in the top right corner of the page.

                                         OR

  • Click on the edit icon near Card Details as shown below.

  • In the pop-up, make the necessary changes and click Save.

The customer card details will be updated.

Change Renewal Date

To change a particular recurring payment’s renewal date:

  • Go to the Recurring module and select the payment for which you want to change renewal date.

  • Click on the edit icon near Next Billing On as shown below.

  • Select a date you want to move the next renewal to and click Save.

The next renewal date will be updated.

Note: If you change the renewal date, Zoho Checkout will not attempt any charges or apply prorated credits for the affected period.
