# How do I share the Realised Gain or Loss Report with the other users in Zoho Books?

To share the report with other users in your Zoho Books organisation:

*   Go to **Reports** on the left sidebar.
*   Select **Realised Gain or Loss** report under _Currency_.
*   In the _Realised Gain or Loss_ report page, click the **Share Report** icon in the top right corner.
*   In the _Share Report_ pop-up, fill in the following fields:
    *   **Users:** Select the users you want to access this report.
    *   **Permissions:** Configure the permissions for the selected users. The available permissions are **View only** and **View and Export**.
    *   Click **Add Users**. The selected users will be listed below.
    *   Check the **Skip Module Access** option next to the added user if you want them to access the report, even if they don’t have to access the associated modules.

**Insight:**

If you want to remove a user, click the **Remove** icon next to the user listed in the _Share Report_ pop-up.

*   Click **Share**.

The report will be shared with the respective users, and they can access it, based on the chosen preferences.
