Can I connect a different WhatsApp Business account with my Zoho Billing organization?
You can connect to a different WhatsApp Business account, first ensure that the new WhatsApp Business account is active.
To verify the account’s status:
- Log in to your Meta Business Suite account.
- Select the required business account.
- Go to Settings.
- Select WhatsApp Account under Accounts.
- Select the respective WhatsApp Business account you want to integrate with Zoho Billing.
- Click Summary.
You can view the account’s status under Business Information.
Once you check that the account’s status is Active, you can connect the new WhatsApp Business account to your Zoho Billing organization.
