How do I renew my Zoho Billing subscription?
Your Zoho Billing subscription renews automatically on its renewal date using the card on file. No action is required if your card is valid and has sufficient funds.
If you need to renew your subscription manually — for example, when your renewal date has passed or when auto-renewal did not go through — here’s how:
- Go to Settings in the top-right corner.
- Click Manage Subscription under Organisation.
- Click Change Plan on the Subscription Details page. This opens the Zoho Store.
- Click Renew now on the Zoho Store page to complete the renewal.
Insight: Keep your card details up to date to avoid interruptions to your subscription. You can update them directly from the link available on the Zoho Billing dashboard when Zoho Billing detects a renewal failure.
