What's the per-employee cost for each plan's license?
  • Our Standard plan is priced at USD 12.5 when paid month to month, or USD 10 per month with yearly billing. This covers your first 5 employees. For every team member after that, the cost is USD 2.5 each month or USD 2 on the annual cycle.
  • The Professional plan comes at USD 17.5 with monthly billing, or USD 15 per month when billed annually. Your first 5 employees are included here as well. Each additional employee is charged at USD 3.5 per month or USD 3 on the yearly plan.
  • With the Premium plan, you'll pay USD 25 per month on a monthly schedule, or USD 20 per month if you choose annual billing. It also includes your first 5 employees, and after that, each extra employee is billed at USD 5 monthly or USD 4 yearly

Which payment options are available when I sign up for Zoho Payroll?

Do I need separate payroll licenses for offices in different locations?
Each legal entity requires its own payroll license. However, if you operate multiple branches under a single legal entity, one license covers them all. You can also manage multiple companies as independent organizations, all connected within a single Zoho Payroll account.
Can I transfer data from my previous payroll system?
Yes, you can easily move your records from another payroll system if the files are in a supported format. Our support team will walk you through the process to ensure a smooth migration of your payroll data.
Do you save my credit card details?
