What is the per-employee cost for each plan?
  • For the Standard plan, pricing is USD 12.5 per month with monthly billing or USD 10 per month if billed annually. This covers your first 5 employees; any additional employee costs USD 2.5 per month (monthly) or USD 2 per month (annually).
  • The Professional plan is USD 17.5 per month (monthly) or USD 15 per month (annually) for the first 5 employees. Each extra employee costs USD 3.5 per month (monthly) or USD 3 per month (annually).
  • The Premium plan costs USD 25 per month (monthly) or USD 20 per month (annually) for the first 5 employees. Additional employees are charged USD 5 per month (monthly) or USD 4 per month (annually).
Can I try Zoho Payroll before purchasing?
Yes! You can start a 14-day free trial with full access to all features without any credit card.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. For annual plans, we also accept PayPal and wire transfers.
Do I need separate payroll licenses for multiple office locations?
If each office is a separate legal entity, you'll need an individual license per entity. If you operate multiple branches under the same legal entity, a single license covers all. You can also set up multiple organizations within one Zoho Payroll account for different businesses.
Can I migrate my data from my existing payroll software?
Absolutely! As long as your data is in a compatible format, our support team will guide you through importing your previous payroll information smoothly and accurately.
Is my credit card information stored?
