# How do I show the time entries as individual line items in the invoice?

*   Navigate to the **Projects** module on the sidebar.
*   Select the project that you would like to invoice.
*   Under the _New Transaction_ dropdown, click **Create Invoice**.
*   Choose the **Bill up to** date range for the invoice.
*   Select the option **Show All Timesheet Entries Individually** from the _How to sort data on invoice_ drop-down.
*   Select the fields that you wish to display under **Show in item name** and **Show in item description**.
*   Click **Add**.

Now, you will be taken to the **New Invoice** page. Time entries from your desired project will now be displayed as an individual line item in the invoice under the _Item table_.
