# How do I invoice a project based on milestone?

A milestone in project management acts as a key checkpoint, marking significant changes or the start of new activities within the project. Currently, Zoho Billing does not support invoicing customers on a milestone basis. The supported billing methods are:

*   Fixed Cost
*   Staff Hours
*   Task Hours
*   Project Hours
