Here’s how: * Go to _Settings_ by clicking the **Gear** icon in the top-right corner. * Select **General** under _Customer Portal_ in the _Module Settings_ pane. * In the browser address bar, append `?sso=true` to the URL. The URL should look like this: `https://billing.zoho.com/app/{org_id}/settings/preferences/portal/general?sso=true` **Note:** Replace **{org\_id}** in the URL with the organization ID of your sandbox organization. The SSO option will now be visible on the page and you can configure it for testing. * * *
