# How do I use the same phone number for both WhatsApp integration in Zoho Billing and my WhatsApp mobile application?

According to Meta’s restrictions, once a business phone number is connected to a Business Service Provider (BSP) like Zoho, it cannot be used on WhatsApp mobile app or web app for other purposes.

You can view the messages sent to your customers via WhatsApp in Zoho Billing only inside the Zoho Billing web application.
