Zoho Billing lets you create custom fields with the **Multi-select Lookup** data type, which pulls values from an existing module. This is useful when you want to associate multiple entries such as additional salespersons, contacts, or items with a transaction. To create a Lookup custom field: * Go to **Settings**. * Select the module (e.g., **Invoices** under _Sales_) where you want to add the field. * Click the **Field Customization** tab. * Click **\+ New Custom Field**. * Enter a name in the **Label Name** field. * Select **Multi-select Lookup** as the **Data Type**. * Choose the module you want the field to pull values from (e.g., _Salesperson_). * Click **Save**. Once saved, the lookup field will appear when you create or edit a transaction in that module. You can select from the values available in the mapped module. * * *
