# What should I do when I receive an notification about undelivered emails?

You will receive undelivered email notifications when your email notifications to your customers are unsuccessful. So, if you receive this notification, you can try getting in touch with the customer over the phone and sort this out. Also, make sure to verify the customer’s email address to prevent this from happening in the future.
