# Can I customize the Advance Payment Request email notification?

Yes, you can customize the email template for advance payment requests. Here’s how:

*   Go to _Settings_.
*   Select **Email Notifications** under _Reminders & Notifications_.
*   Select **Advance Payment Request** under _Subscriptions_.
*   Click **Show Mail Content** and make the necessary changes.
*   Click **Save** to save the changes.

**Note:** The Advance Payment Request email template will be available only if the \*\*Advance Payment Requests\*\* option is selected under the \*Advance Billing Method\* in the \*Advance Billing\* settings.
