For iOS in-app subscription syncing, each Zoho Billing **plan code** must exactly match the corresponding App Store **Product ID**. Configure your subscription products in App Store Connect first, then create matching plans in Zoho Billing.

## Set Up Plans in App Store

Configure auto-renewable subscriptions in App Store Connect, then confirm each Product ID matches its Zoho Billing plan code.

## Set Up Plans in Zoho Billing

Subscription details such as billing frequency and related plan behaviour configured in App Store Connect are applied to your subscriptions in Zoho Billing.

*   Log in to your Zoho Billing organisation.
*   Go to **Product Catalog** in the left sidebar.
*   [Create a new plan](/en-ng/billing/help/product-catalog/plans/creating-plans.html).
*   Ensure each **Plan Code** matches the corresponding App Store **Product ID**.
*   Click **Save**.

**Note:**

If the Zoho Billing plan code and App Store Product ID do not match, subscription sync will fail.
