# Configure Channel Notification URL

After integrating App Store with Zoho Billing, use the _Channel Notification URL_ generated in Zoho Billing to configure App Store server notifications. This allows Zoho Billing to receive subscription event updates in real-time.

The **Channel Notification URL** is generated after you complete the [App Store integration](/en-ng/billing/help/omnichannel-subscription/ios/app-store-integration.html).

To copy the Channel Notification URL from Zoho Billing:

*   Log in to your Zoho Billing organisation.
*   Go to **Settings** in the top-right corner.
*   Select **Store Apps** under _Integrations & Marketplace_.
*   Click **App Store** and copy the **Channel Notification URL**.

**Insight:**

The Channel Notification URL is a webhook endpoint provided by Zoho Billing that receives real-time subscription event notifications from App Store. It ensures all the subscription events are automatically synced to your Zoho Billing organisation.

*   Log in to [App Store Connect](https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login).
*   Go to the _Apps_ tab.
*   Select the app you want to integrate.
*   In the sidebar, click **App Information** under _General_.
*   Under _App Store Server Notifications_, click **Set Up URL** for the server environment.

*   In the **Sandbox Server URL** field, paste the **Channel Notification URL** from Zoho Billing and click **Save**.

*   In the **Production Server URL** field, paste the same **Channel Notification URL** and click **Save**.

**Note:**

**Production Server URL** is used for live subscriptions after release. **Sandbox Server URL** is used during testing. Configure both to validate lifecycle events.

**Note:**

App Store supports only one notification URL per app. If your application is connected to multiple Zoho Billing organisations across different data centres, configure a relay server to receive notifications from Apple and forward them to each organisation’s Channel Notification URL.
