How much is the licensing cost per employee under each plan?
  • Our Standard plan is priced at USD 12.5 per month when billed monthly, or USD 10 per month when billed annually. Both options cover your first 5 employees. For additional employees, the cost is USD 2.5 per month (billed monthly) or USD 2 per month (billed annually).
  • Our Professional plan is priced at USD 17.5 per month when billed monthly, or USD 15 per month when billed annually. Both options cover your first 5 employees. For additional employees, the cost is USD 3.5 per month (billed monthly) or USD 3 per month (billed annually).
  • Our Premium plan is priced at USD 25 per month when billed monthly, or USD 20 per month when billed annually. Both options cover your first 5 employees. For additional employees, the cost is USD 5 per month (billed monthly) or USD 4 per month (billed annually).

What payment methods can I use to get started with your solution?

Will I require separate payroll licenses if my offices are in different locations?
Each legal entity requires its own payroll license. That said, if you run a single legal entity with several branches, one license is sufficient. You can also add multiple businesses as separate organizations connected to your Zoho Payroll account.
Is it possible to import data from my old payroll software?
Yes, you can migrate your data from other payroll software as long as it's in a compatible format. Our support team will walk you through the process to ensure your payroll data is imported seamlessly.
