Can I set up notifications for expense report submissions?
Yes, you can set up notifications to be sent to the user you specify along with the copy of the submitted expense report. To do this:
- Go to Settings at the top right side.
- Navigate to Module Settings.
- Select Expense Reports under Travel & Expense.
- In the Preferences tab, navigate to Submission Preferences.
- Check the Receive a copy of the report option.
- Select the user to whom you want to send the copy of the report.
- Click Save. The selected user will receive a copy whenever a report is submitted.
