How do I give new users or supervisors access to the Timesheet module?
To provide new users or supervisors access to the Timesheet module:
- Go to Settings by clicking the Gear icon in the top right corner.
- Select Users under Users and Roles in the Organization Settings pane.
- Click Invite User in the top right corner.
- In the popup that appears, enter the name and email address of the person you are inviting in the Name and Email Address fields.
- Click the dropdown below the Role field and select TimesheetStaff role for the person you’re inviting.
- Click Send.
An invitation will be sent to the user’s email address. They can join your organization by accepting the invitation.
Insight: When you create a project, you can associate a user in the User section, allowing them to log time for the project.
