How do I customise the portal’s invitation mail content in Zoho ERP?

You can personalise your portal’s invitation mail content to meet your business requirements. To do so:

• Go to Settings.
• Under Organization Settings, select Email Notifications under Customization.
• Scroll down to Purchases on the left pane and select Vendor Portal Invitation.
• Click Show Mail Content next to the template you want to customise.
• Make the required changes and click Save.

The mail content will be customised.
