My users are unable to view the statements of customers and vendors. How do I resolve this?

When assigning a role to a user, you need to enable the permissions to view the statements. To enable:

• Go to Settings.
• Under Organization Settings, select Roles under Users & Roles.
• Click Edit next to the required role.
• Click More Permissions next to Customers or Vendors, and enable Statement.
• Click Save.

The permissions will be configured. Now, the user will be able to view the statements of customers and vendors in Zoho ERP.
