How do I monitor the actions and changes performed by users in my organisation?

To track the changes made by the users in your organisation:

  • Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
  • Scroll down to Activity and select Activity Logs & Audit Trial.
  • Click the Customize icon in the top right corner.
  • Under Advanced Filters, click + Add Filters and specify the following criteria:
    • Select User in the first, is in in the second, and select the required users in the third dropdowns.
  • Click Run Report.

The report will be generated. Now, you can view changes made by the respective user.
