My users are not receiving the invitation email. How do I resolve this?
If you send emails using a public domain, they’re likely to land in their spam folder. This happens when the email address in the From field of an email belongs to a domain that does not have SPF and DKIM records. It is recommended that you use message-service@sender.zoho-erp.com to prevent emails landing in the Spam folder.
By adding an SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record to your domain, your recipient’s mail server will be able to verify that Zoho ERP is sending emails with your domain’s permission. DKIM (Domain Key Identified Mail) is used to prevent spam and allows the recipient email server to verify whether an email was sent and authorised by the owner of that domain.
