How do I change the account associated with a TDS rate in Zoho ERP?
To change the account associated with a TDS rate:
- Create an invoice or a bill in Zoho ERP and fill in the following fields.
- In the Total section, select TDS and click the dropdown next to it.
- Click Manage TDS in the dropdown.
- Hover over the TDS rate for which you want to change the associated account, and click the Edit icon.
- Select the required account to track TDS Payable and TDS Receivable.
- Click Save.
The account for the TDS rate will be updated.
Note: This will be reflected only in the new transactions. To associate this account with an existing transaction, you need to edit the transaction and select the TDS again.
