How do I schedule earnings that are not part of CTC?

You can schedule non-CTC earnings directly from an employee’s profile. Here’s how:

1. Click People on the left sidebar and switch to the Employees tab.
2. Select an employee.
3. Switch to the Salary Details tab.
4. Click + Add > Scheduled Earning.
5. Select an earning that is not part of CTC.
6. Enter the payout month and amount.
7. Click Save.
