How do I schedule earnings that are part of an employee’s CTC?

If a scheduled earning is part of the employee’s CTC, you can define its payout month while editing salary details. Here’s how:

  1. Click People on the left sidebar and switch to the Employees tab.
  2. Select an employee.
  3. Switch to the Salary Details tab and click Edit.
  4. Enable Above CTC includes One Time Earnings.
  5. Click Schedule Payment for the required earning.
  6. Select the payout month and enter the annual amount.
  7. Click Save.

The earning will be paid in the selected payroll period.
