How is PF contribution calculated based on an employee’s working days?

Zoho ERP allows you to pro-rate PF contributions based on the number of days an employee has worked in a pay period.

To enable this:

1. Click Settings in the top-right corner.
2. Click Statutory Components under Setup & Configurations.
3. Switch to the EPF tab and click the Edit icon.
4. Enable Pro-rate Restricted PF Wage.
5. Click Save.

Once enabled, PF contributions are calculated proportionately based on the employee’s working days.
