How do I disable reminders for specific invoices in Zoho ERP?

Once you’ve received payment for a particular invoice, you can disable reminders for it. Here’s how:

  • Go to Sales on the left sidebar.
  • Click the Invoices dropdown in the module bar and select Invoices.
  • Select the invoice for which you want to disable reminders.
  • In the details page, click the Reminders dropdown at the top, and select Stop All Reminders.
  • In the confirmation pop-up, click OK.

The reminders for the respective invoice will be disabled.
