Is it possible to automatically convert the quotes accepted by my customers to invoices?

Yes, the quotes that your customers accept can be automatically converted to invoices. To convert:

• Go to Settings by clicking the Gear icon in the top right corner.
• Select Quotes under Sales in the Module Settings page.
• In the General tab, under the Automate accepted quotes to invoices conversion section, select:
  • Convert accepted quotes to draft invoices if you want to convert the quote to an invoice and save it in the draft state.
  • Convert accepted quotes to invoices and email it to the customer if you want to convert the quote to an invoice and send it to the customer directly.
• Click Save.
