How do I hide the pricing details on the transaction PDF when converting a quote into a sales order?

You can hide the pricing details in the sales order PDF by configuring the PDF template.

Warning: This method will hide the pricing details in all sales order PDFs that use this template, not just on the ones created by converting a quote.

To hide the pricing details in sales order PDFs:

  1. Go to Settings by clicking the Gear icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click PDF Templates under Customization in the Organization Settings pane.
  3. Select Sales Orders in the Templates pane.
  4. Click Edit on your current template.
  5. Navigate to the Table section and uncheck the Rate, Discount, and Amount fields.
  6. Click Save.

Now, the pricing details will be hidden in all the sales order PDFs that use this template.
