Can I create packages or shipments for drop shipped sales orders?

No. You need not create packages or shipments for a drop shipped sales order in Zoho ERP. A drop shipped sales order is an order where your vendor packs and ships the items directly to your customer on your behalf. In this case, the vendor takes care of packaging, shipping, and delivery.

In Zoho ERP, the shipment status of the drop shipped sales order automatically changes from Pending to Shipped when you save the drop shipped purchase order. The Create Package option will not be available in a drop shipped sales order’s details page.
