How do I communicate important payroll-related updates to employees?
You can communicate payroll updates using banner messages in the Employee Portal.
Banner messages appear prominently on the portal homepage and are visible to all employees when they log in.
To display a banner message:
- Click Settings in the top-right corner.
- Click Employee Portal in the General section under Module Settings.
- In the Banner Message section, enter your message.
- Select the date until which the message should be displayed.
- Click Save.
The banner message will be displayed in the Employee Portal until the selected date.
