Can I revoke portal access for an employee’s email address?
Yes. If an employee’s email address is outdated or no longer valid, you can revoke portal access and assign it to a different email address.
To revoke portal access:
- Click People on the left sidebar and switch to the Employees tab.
- Open the employee’s profile.
- On the Overview page, click the Edit icon next to Basic Information.
- Unselect the Enable Portal Access option under Employee Self Service Portal Preference
- Click Save.
The employee will no longer be able to access the employee portal.
