Can I revoke portal access for an employee’s email address?

Yes. If an employee’s email address is outdated or no longer valid, you can revoke portal access and assign it to a different email address.

To revoke portal access:

  1. Click People on the left sidebar and switch to the Employees tab.
  2. Open the employee’s profile.
  3. On the Overview page, click the Edit icon next to Basic Information.
  4. Unselect the Enable Portal Access option under Employee Self Service Portal Preference
  5. Click Save.

The employee will no longer be able to access the employee portal.
