Why are some employees unable to access the employee portal?
If employees are unable to access the portal, check the following:
Email mismatch
- Ensure the email address used to create the employee’s Zoho account matches the official email address added in Zoho ERP.
Portal access not enabled
- Verify that employee portal access is enabled at the organisation level and for the specific employee.
Invitation not accepted
- Employees must accept the portal invitation sent to their registered email address before they can log in.
Addressing these checks usually resolves most access issues.
