Why are some employees unable to access the employee portal?

If employees are unable to access the portal, check the following:

  • Email mismatch

    • Ensure the email address used to create the employee’s Zoho account matches the official email address added in Zoho ERP.
  • Portal access not enabled

    • Verify that employee portal access is enabled at the organisation level and for the specific employee.
  • Invitation not accepted

    • Employees must accept the portal invitation sent to their registered email address before they can log in.

Addressing these checks usually resolves most access issues.
